Responsibilities :

• Organize and maintain efficient filing systems (paper and electronic).
• Handle office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage client administration, including preparing invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Assist with PO issuance, invoicing, and other data entry tasks.
• Assist other departments and handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Job Requirements :

• Fresh Graduates are welcome as long as you are willing and ready to learn.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
• Willing to work at our new office (Jenjarom).

Working Location :

• New Location : 26-1, Jalan Hasta 1, Kawasan Perusahaan Batu 12, Sungai Rambai, 42600 Jenjarom, Selangor.

Working Hours :

• Monday to Thursday (8.30am- 5.30pm).
• Friday (8.30am-4.30pm).
• Saturday (8.30am-1.00pm).
