Job Description:
- Greet walk-in customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Introduce and explain product features, benefits, and ergonomic functions
- Conduct product demos and help customers choose the best-fit chair for their needs
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases and transactions
- Assist with stock display, merchandising, and maintaining a clean showroom
- Support showroom events, product launches, or pop-up promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, basic after-sales requests, and escalate where needed
- Provide feedback from customers to improve retail experience
- Work closely with the retail and warehouse team for order coordination and stock movement
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience (furniture, tech, or lifestyle retail is a plus)
- Energetic, well-spoken, and able to engage with a wide range of customers
- Passionate about delivering great service and building customer relationships
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (off-days provided in lieu)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and customer service etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
