Job Description

• Conceptualize and developed high quality design that aligns with client’s objectives.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to attend client meetings independently.
• Able to delegate and mentor junior members of the team as appropriate.
• Support senior colleagues with client presentation, making a positive contribution towards project meetings and client engagements.
• Participate in internal and external consultant meetings, conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure that design concepts are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree from a accredited interior design or architecture school.
• Fluent in spoken and written Engish
• 10 years of interior design experience in various sectors - exposure in mid to large scale interior and architecture projects will be highly desirable.
• Proficient in Sketchup, AUTOCAD is preferred. Adobe Indesign, Enscape, Rhino & Revit will be highly advantageous.
• Versatile and independent in all phases of the design process, such as concept design, space planning and technical documentation, from concept development to project completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills to present ideas, collaborate effectively with clients.
• Have an understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and considers how project fees are maximised.Staying abreast of market and industry trends
