Property Executive


Job Descriptions

  • Day-to-Day management and operations of properties.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, lease related documents and assist in lease negotiations with prospective and existing tenants.
  • Administer lease renewals, monitor tenancy obligations, and maintain accurate tenancy records.
  • Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work.
  • Liaise with tenants, MCST, contractors and relevant authorities on property-related matters.
  • Manage repair, maintenance and improvement works to ensure the building facilities and equipment remain in good operating condition.
  • Administer term contracts, including contract renewals, performance monitoring and contractor management including but not limited to cleaning services, landscape, pest control, air conditioning, lifts and other facilities management services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to property operations, maintenance, and contractor performance.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations and updates on operational and property related matters.
  • Attend to tenant feedback, enquiries, and emergency situations promptly and professionally.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • ITE Certificate/Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in building and M&E works or property / facility management.
  • Experience in tenancy administration, managing residential, commercial and/or industrial properties will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of building services and systems, including electrical, plumbing and sanitary, ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), lifts, and fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements, workplace safety regulations and facilities management best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving, time-management and organizational skills.
  • Able to attend to urgent property-related emergencies outside normal office hours on an ad hoc basis when required.
