Responsibilities

• Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement to improve test performance and OEE.
• Generate technical gap analysis of new hardware, software and license requirement.
• Provide technical training to production personnel.
• Coordinate and lead machine suppliers on project costing and time management.
• Support audit / visit and render assistance in solving outstanding/quality issues.

Requirement

• sDegree / Diploma in any engineering fiel
• dKnowledge of equipment, testers, handlers would be advantageou
• sPrior experience in equipment troubleshoot, maintenance and repai
• rSemiconductor Programming & Application skill
• sGood planning & organizing ability and a team playe
• rFamiliar with Quality Management – Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FME
