- Handling Lead Responses; Effectively engage with leads and prospects through phone calls, text messages, and various social media platforms.
- Qualifying Potential Customers; Assess and evaluate potential customers by gathering information about their needs and preferences and align with company offerings
- Assisting in the Development of Business Strategies to Identify Potential Customers; Collaborate with the team to formulate business strategies that pinpoint and target potential customer segments. Assist in creating marketing and outreach plans to reach and engage with these potential customers effectively.
- Conducting Analysis on Market Trends and Market Demand; Research and analyze current market trends, competition, and customer demand for solar energy solutions.

- Multilingual, with fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with and handle a diverse client base.
- Commitment and flexibility to work on weekends to ensure timely weekend lead distribution and consistent operational support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and a collaborative team attitude.
- Comfortable with structured work, digital tools, and basic tracking systems (Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms, communication dashboards).
- Detail-oriented — especially when handling customer data and internal reporting.
- Self-driven, curious, and excited about improving how things work behind the scenes.
- Passionate about being part of a future-thinking organisation that values people as much as progress.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or any related studies.
- 3-6 Months of Internship placement.
