What You'll Do:

1. Business Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Develop short- and long-term strategies across the Visa card lifecycle.
• Lead product propositioning, pricing, design, and annual fee strategy.
• Identify and cultivate new customer segments to drive growth.
• Own P&L performance, including forecasting and cost optimization.
• Manage regulatory and partner reporting (BNM, Visa, GOC, accruals).
• Strengthen partnerships with Visa, Idemia, and Euronet.

2. Product Development, Tech & User Experience

• Enhance in-app journey with UED and PD teams.
• Upgrade backend systems with Euronet and tech teams.
• Implement Visa mandates and product improvements.
• Champion UI/UX enhancements to increase engagement.

Role Requirements:

1. Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., AML/CFT, Risk, or Project Management) would be an added advantage.

2. Experience

• 4 to 6 years of working experience in financial services, payments, cards, or fintech.
• Hands-on exposure to card operations, payment processing, settlement, or compliance preferred.
• Experience in dealing with external vendors (scheme partners, processors, regulators).

3. Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Visa/Mastercard scheme operations and BNM guidelines, and card issuing processes.
• Analytical skills with ability to prepare profitability reports, cost analysis, and operational dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with strong process and compliance discipline.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams (Tech, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Legal).
• Project management capability to support initiatives and new product launches.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle escalations and operational risks.
