TGSB Hiring! Full Time M-E Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

• To plan and coordinate M&E works for project site.
• To carry out construction on specific areas of mechanical and electrical works.
• To monitor the progress of M&E works ensure it is completed in accordance with the project requirements and budget, and that any issues or delays are identified and addressed promptly.
• Prepare and conduct M&E meeting and update site progress report to head office.
• To review calculation of quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
• To monitor and supervise M&E work progress on site as per schedule.
• Involved in resolving design-related issues, making modifications to designs as needed and ensuring that the project objectives are met.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site technical issues related to M&E systems.
• To liaise with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built drawings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the same capacity.
• Exposure in Interior Design construction will be added advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve project issue effectively.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the required standards.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations, with a focus on promoting a safe work environment and minimizing risks on construction sites.
• Detail oriented.
