Key responsibilities

- Handle full set account independently.

- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, filing, and documentation

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

- Prepare and maintain accounting records, schedules, and reconciliations

- Assist in monthly closing, journals, and basic financial reports

- Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and follow-ups

- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

- Assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks

- Handle visitation from government officer like Jabatan Halal, JKKKP, KPDN, LHDN, etc.

Requirement

- Working exprerience at least 2 years and above

- Knowlegable in SQL accounting software

- Minimum Diploma or degree in Accounting, finance or related

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel ,Word & Outlook.

- Able to work independently with attention to details

- Good communication and organisation skills
