• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Support the preparation of budgets, tax filings, and audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Verify financial data and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance-related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation processes.
• Professional accounting certifications (or currently pursuing) such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
