Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations.
• Lead, supervise, and support the Accounts team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial processes.
• Support Management with financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closing activities.
• Handle administrative and finance-related documentation as required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities and ad hoc assignments as required by Management.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
