JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• monitor and ensure all worker's passport and work permits are valid and renewed on timely basis.
• update, maintain and monitor foreign workers masterlist.
• prepared all document for FOMEMA and make schedule arrangement for FOMEMA examination.
• monitor and ensure all premis have a valid license.
• prepare document insurance foreign worker due to renewal annually permit.
• maintain and update filing all documents related with foreign workers in personal file.
• liaise with the agent for hostel repairs and maintenance issues. Ensure safety aspect is always given priority.
• issue clinic chit for foreign workers.
• liaise with CBH to pick up the full of dustbin for ensure all premis are keeping clean and tidy.
• liaise with AIA insurance to update all data local staffs.
• willing to travel 100%
• Can work overtime.
• Have a driver's license and have on vehicle.
• Can start immediate is advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource and Administration.

WORKING LOCATION

• Tebrau 2, Johor Bahru

WORKING TIME

• Monday - Friday (8.30 am - 5.45pm)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
