Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Guest Greeting & Bag Collection
- Proactively greet arriving guests with courtesy and assist in unloading golf bags.
- Check bag tags to ensure clear and correct identification.
- Organize and store golf bags according to tee time or booking sequence.
2. Bag Handling & Distribution
- Safely transport golf bags to designated golf carts or hand them over to caddies.
- Assist caddies in preparing items required for guests’ tee-off (e.g., golf clubs, umbrellas).
- After guests complete their round, retrieve bags and deliver them to the designated area or guest vehicle.
3. Site Order & Environmental Maintenance
- Keep the bag drop area clean, safe, and free from clutter.
- Assist in managing guest flow, directing traffic, and maintaining order.
4. Customer Service & Etiquette
- Maintain professional grooming and provide warm, professional service.
- Proactively help guests with simple issues and report any unusual situations promptly.
5. Equipment & Safety Management
- Be familiar with the correct handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent damage.
- Immediately report to the supervisor if any damage to bags or clubs is observed.
6. Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors
- Support during peak periods such as tournaments, VIP receptions, or large group arrivals.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in golf operation or hospitality is preferred.
- No experience required; Training will be provided.
- Punctual and good communication skills.
- Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
