Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards and procedures
• Lead, motivate and manage the outlet team, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management
• Monitor and optimise outlet financial performance, including budgeting, cost control and revenue generation
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer retention and outlet profitability
• Maintain inventory management and stock control systems to minimise wastage and ensure product availability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and company policies
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide coaching to enhance team performance and development
• Report on outlet performance metrics and prepare regular management reports

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar management role within the hospitality and tourism industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and revenue management
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards relevant to the hospitality sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by outlet operations
• A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and driving business success
• Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and knowledge of relevant point-of-sale systems

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
