Job description
- Monitor closely on actual delivery plan against forecast accuracy.
- Communicate with customer should there is delivery disruption and propose solutions.
- Understanding FG inventory level in house for advance delivery prior to customer's consent.
- Alert internal stake holders on low inventory level when delivery is approaching.
- Analyze customer requirement and ensure arrangement meet customer requirements appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal team on any delivery disruption, identify issues and resolve.
- Maintain knowledge on industry trends and resolve all issues highlighted by customers.
- Processing customer orders to trigger manufacturing processes to meet with delivery arrangment.
- Presenting monthly sales & forecast report to top management.
- Compiling customer satisfaction survey, analyze and propose improvement.
Qualifications
- SPM/Diploma (any relevant field)
- Good communication skills in English
- Be able to use Microsoft Excel
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
Working days
- Mon to Fri - 8am to 6pm
- Sat and Sun - Off days
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
