We are seeking an experienced and certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to join our construction team at the Pasir Gudang.

The SHO will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with DOSH requirements and maintaining a safe working environment for all site personnel.

• Must possess a valid DOSH Green Book (Registered SHO).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years working experience in construction or oil & gas projects.
• Able to work full-time on-site at Pengerang.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FMA, and Malaysian safety regulations.
• Familiar with HSSE standards for high-risk industrial construction.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB, DOSH, and client HSSE requirements.
• Able to work independently in a multi-contractor environment.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare investigation reports.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly site safety inspections and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and client representatives on all HSSE matters.
• Maintain site safety documentation, permits-to-work, and statutory records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
