• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection moulding production.
• Supervise daily plastic injection moulding production operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Prepare production reports and analyze performance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
