Location: Kempas Baru

Responsibilities:

• Possess a basic understanding of the Warehouse Domain System and overall warehouse operations.
• Recognize the importance of warehouse document flow and comply with all related requirements.
• Carefully verify documents before entering any data into the system.
• Enter data into the Domain System with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Immediately report any issues with documents or processes to your superior.
• Create Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Delivery Note (DN) transactions in the system based on supporting documents.
• Update goods-in-transit in the system daily and file all documents properly.
• Prepare and submit required reports to your superior.
• Assist with month-end physical stock counts, reconcile results with system records, and send inventory reports to your superior and/or customers.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
