Job Description:
The Bartender is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned outlets, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience. Area of coverage includes Gravity and 2PM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product & Service Knowledge – Must know all beverages and food items, including recipes, pricing, presentation, and service procedures.
2. Attendance & Discipline – Be punctual for briefings and shifts, maintain good health, and follow hotel procedures for emergencies or absences.
3. Professional Attitude & Teamwork – Display pleasant, helpful behavior, respect colleagues and guests, follow hotel rules, and commit to teamwork and flexibility.
4. Service Excellence – Apply correct service techniques, ensure accuracy and efficiency, anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain courtesy and friendliness.
5. Cleanliness, Grooming & Equipment Care – Uphold high standards of hygiene, follow inventory and par-level procedures, remove damaged items, and maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
6. Training, Feedback & Communication – Accept feedback, show interest in training and cross-exposure, and communicate effectively with guests and over the phone according to standards.
