Job Summary - To do testing, training, support, troubleshoot and enhance KK backend application system

Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements and translate into solutions
• Analyze, design, develop and implement new software solutions
• Provide prompt end-user support on business applications
• To liaise with users in handling technical issues and provide appropriate actions on a timely manner.
• Design develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Prepare user manuals.
• Provide in house training to end users
• To develop customized modules and enhancement for reports/software application.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Candidate must possess at least in Diploma or Degree in IT-related studies.
• At least 2 years working experience in software and application development.
• Familiar with the following programming languages and database:
• VB.NET, C#, PL/SQL, Delphi 6.0, PHP, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5o MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Knowledge in retail industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team or individually with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in mentoring junior software developers will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and self-motivated
• Be flexible, show initiate and respond quickly when situations change

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
