Key Responsibility
Strategy & Operations
- Design and implement a funneling strategy to ensure a healthy customer acquisition cost.
- Provide technical support to team members, helping them execute tasks efficiently and overcome campaign-related challenges.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of tracking pixels, Conversion APIs (CAPI), and GTM tags to ensure data accuracy
- Establish a rigorous testing culture (Creative A/B testing, landing page experiments, and audience split tests) with documented learnings.
Advertising Budgeting & Planning
- Develop and manage advertising budgets across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok), ensuring efficient allocation to maximize impact.
- Closely track advertising expenditures to ensure all campaigns stay within the allocated budget while reaching performance goals.
Team Leadership & Quality Excellence
- Provide daily technical support to team members, helping them execute tasks efficiently and overcome campaign-related challenges.
- Provide regular feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement in their technical execution and campaign results.
- Serve as the final gatekeeper for all ad creatives, ensuring they are thoroughly reviewed and pass QC checks before going live.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and re-forecast monthly performance based on real-time trends.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into performance forecasts and actionable reports.
- Ability to lead a small team and manage workflows effectively.
- Strong understanding of ad algorithms, tracking (Pixels/API), and audience segmentation.
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
