Key Responsibility
CRM Campaign Development & Execution
- Execute and optimize campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and WhatsApp.
- Design and implement automated "supporter journeys" (e.g., Welcome series, Win-back flows) using marketing automation tools.
Customer Lifecycle & Churn Prevention
- Map out and personalize communication strategies for different user segments (from new leads to long-term donors).
- Identify "at-risk" donors who are likely to stop giving and implement targeted save-back or re-engagement campaigns.
- Focus on increasing the "stickiness" of monthly donations through regular updates and appreciation touchpoints.
Data Integrity & Segmentation
- Ensure the CRM database is clean, accurate, and synchronized with Finance and Data teams.
- Supervise donor grouping by behavior and history to ensure every message is highly relevant
Performance Analytics & Team Leadership
- Track key metrics (Retention, Conversion, ROI) and turn them into actionable reports and future performance forecasts.
- Oversee team members, ensuring 100% accuracy in campaign deployment and daily tasks.
- Lead a "test-and-learn" culture to constantly improve open rates, click rates, and donation growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in CRM/ Retention with experience leading a small team.
- Technical Expert in CRM automation and multichannel messaging (WhatsApp/ Email).
- Analytical Thinker who can spot churn patterns and forecast performance.
- Storyteller who can refine donor-facing content to drive monthly conversions.
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
