iGreen is looking for a Marketing Creative Executive who can support our marketing work, basic design, content updates and campaign coordination.

This role is suitable for someone who is independent, organized, can adapt quickly and is able to produce visible marketing work without constant reminders.

We do not need someone to post content non-stop every day.
We need someone who can help keep our brands active, presentable and result-focused through proper design, content and marketing execution.

What You Will Do

• Create basic marketing artwork for social media, Google Profile, website and WhatsApp campaign
• Use Canva, Photoshop or similar tools to edit product images and simple promotional materials
• Use AI tools to assist with content ideas, captions, image concepts and marketing drafts
• Upload and update content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Profile and company website
• Prepare simple captions, product highlights and campaign wording
• Organize product photos, catalogs, design files and campaign materials
• Coordinate with sales team and management for campaign direction
• Update product information and promotion details accurately
• Support WhatsApp broadcast and customer update campaigns
• Track basic marketing response, enquiries and campaign results
• Help keep iGreen, FlexiSpot and Chubbsafes active and organized

Design Skills Needed

You do not need to be a senior designer, but you must be able to handle basic design work.

We prefer someone who can do:

• Basic social media poster design
• Product image editing
• Background removal
• Text layout
• Simple brochure / catalog update
• Simple banner design
• Canva design
• Basic Photoshop editing
• AI-assisted content / image idea generation
• File organization for photos and design materials

Bonus if you can do:

• Short video editing
• CapCut
• Simple reels
• Product demo video
• Basic website content upload

This Role Is Not Suitable If You

• Cannot do basic design work
• Need to be reminded all the time
• Wait for step-by-step guidance for every small task
• Cannot organize files or follow deadlines
• Post content without checking details
• Avoid responsibility when mistakes happen
• Only want to “try first” without commitment
• Cannot work consistently

Basic Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Business or related field
• Experience in marketing support, design, content, e-commerce or social media is an advantage
• Fresh graduates may apply if they can show design sense, responsibility and independence
• Basic Canva and Photoshop skill required
• Able to use AI tools for content or creative support is an advantage
• Able to write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is an added advantage
• Good computer and file management skills
• Portfolio or sample design work is required
