1. Workspace Configuration & Office MovesCubicle & Furniture Assembly: Installing, repairing, and reconfiguring modular office furniture, desks, and ergonomic chairs.
Internal Moves: Coordinating and executing the physical relocation of desks, filing cabinets, and equipment when teams restructure or expand.
Conference Room Prep: Ensuring meeting rooms are properly set up, and basic fixtures like whiteboard mounts or projector, TVs, AV system, Audio system and HDMI connection are secure.
Managing the operable wall for 3 collapsible meeting rooms.
2. Occupant Comfort & Climate ControlHVAC Management: Monitoring office temperatures and air quality. Handle frequent employee requests to adjust thermostats and troubleshoot drafty or overheating zones.
Lighting Maintenance: Replacing burnt-out fluorescent tubes, LEDs, and ballasts across office floors, meeting rooms, pantry and store rooms.
3. General Aesthetics & Building UpkeepDrywall & Paint: Patching holes, repairing scuffed walls, and painting to keep the office looking professional for clients and employees.
Plumbing Essentials: Fixing leaks in office kitchenettes, breakrooms, and multi-stall corporate restrooms.
4. Safety, Security, and ComplianceAccess Control: Maintaining and troubleshooting electronic door badges, magnetic locks, and security cameras.
Fire Safety: Checking that fire extinguishers are inspected, emergency exit signs are illuminated, and hallways remain clear of obstructions per OSHA regulations.
5. Supporting company events and training in term of logistic, meeting room arrangement and vendor management.
6. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance report for all the asset.
