TGSB Hiring! Full Time ID Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Lead and manage the interior design team for construction and fit-out projects.
• Develop and oversee design concepts, schemes, and layouts in line with client requirements and project briefs.
• Ensure design compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and construction codes.
• Review and approve design drawings, material selections, finishes, and furniture specifications.
• Coordinate design modifications and value engineering proposals to align with budget and timeline.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of design on-site.
• Monitor progress of design-related deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Participate in site meetings to address design queries and resolve site challenges.
• Ensure accurate documentation of design changes, shop drawings, and approvals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
