We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the administration and operations of training programmes, workshops, and learning events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, workshops, seminars, and events.
Manage programme administration, including participant registration, attendance tracking, and course evaluations.
Prepare programme materials and coordinate logistical arrangements.
Support travel coordination and stakeholder communications.
Process invoices, claims, and payments while maintaining accurate records.
Monitor programme expenditures and maintain proper documentation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Ensure compliance with established service standards and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma qualification preferred
Experience in administration, programme coordination, training administration, customer service, or event support is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
