Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and campaign analysis.
- Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare concise weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the founders on campaign strategy, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.
- Develop creative strategies and provide direction for ad creative production.
- Work with photographers, videographers, content creators, and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze creative performance and continuously iterate on concepts, hooks, messaging, and formats.
- Stay informed on Meta advertising best practices and platform updates.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution.
- Experience developing, directing, or guiding the creation of ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance-driven content.
- Ability to identify winning creative angles, messaging, and offers.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with apparel, lifestyle, luxury, sports, or golf brands.
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Time Commitment
- Part-time contract position
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week

- Ability to attend occasional virtual meetings during Pacific Time business hours
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
