Job Title​: Production Assistant

Reports to​: Production Coordinator

Dept/Section​: Production

The Production Assistant will assist the Production Coordinator to monitor production activities, updating ERP status and production loading plan to ensure deadlines are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates work with Production Supervisors so that jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the ERP production loading status updated and handling all production ERP related issues.
• Assist Production Coordinator to monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.
• Provide administrative support to production personnel.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job traveller and detailed manufacturing process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related ERP software.
• Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills• Able to work under pressure and be consistent in following procedures while still being flexible.
• SPM or Diploma or equivalent required.
