At Returning.AI, we build gamified loyalty and retention systems for CFD brokerages. Our clients are enterprise, paying $*************K per year. We are a 10-15 person team based in Singapore, profitable, and growing fast.

Our product lives inside broker client portals and drives trader engagement through rewards, challenges, and lifecycle campaigns. That means real integrations, real operational complexity, and real commercial stakes. This is not generic SaaS. It is niche, fast-moving, and execution-sensitive.

We are not looking for someone to "manage product" from a distance. We need someone who can work closely with the founder, absorb chaos, create structure fast, and help move the team forward.

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager Intern who is open to converting to a full-time role at the end of 6 months - someone who gets genuinely excited about bringing ideas to life. You'll be the orchestrator who ensures our projects don't just get delivered, but exceed expectations every single time. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposed to our project management function from the ground up while working directly on our most impactful initiatives.

What you'll do

Own the Project Journey

• Create smooth project kickoffs that get teams aligned and energized from day one
• Be the friendly guide steering projects through milestones and victories
• Build the frameworks and templates that will scale our execution as we grow
• Turn complex initiatives into "wow, we actually shipped on time!" moments

Be the Project Champion

• Build genuine relationships with stakeholders across all teams
• Run strategic standups that feel more like collaborative sessions than status meetings
• Spot risks before they become issues and opportunities before they pass us by
• Be the voice of reason when things get chaotic - keeping everyone focused on what matters

Connect the Dots

• Partner with Engineering to keep technical deliverables on track
• Work with Product to ensure we're building what users actually need
• Team up with Customer Success to understand how projects impact our clients
• Make sure everyone stays aligned on priorities, timelines, and goals

What we're looking for

Must-Haves

• Singaporean / PR
• Degree in computer science (bonus)
• Interested in a career in project management or operations
• Problem Solver & Fast Learner
• Familiar with project management tools and workflows
• Embraces AI and automation
• Data doesn't scare you - you use it to track progress and make decisions
• You can break down complex projects into digestible chunks and rally teams around them
