Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works across all project phases, ensuring alignment with design intent, specifications, and project timelines
• Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, and documentation for large-scale building and civil projects
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve design and coordination issues
• Review and process architectural submittals, RFIs, and design clarifications
• Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining up-to-date drawing registers and documentation
• Support site inspections and ensure construction works comply with approved architectural drawings
• Coordinate BIM/CAD deliverables and ensure drawing standards are maintained throughout the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore as an Architectural Coordinator on large-scale building or civil construction projects with a main contractor
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, and SketchUp
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and project coordination processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
