Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively communicating tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will monitor market trends, provide client feedback, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies for business growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to excel in client interactions and closing sales.
  • Proven ability in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning for identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Capable of managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Experience in sales or account management within the engineering, construction, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction practices or green technologies is an advantage.
