Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for an Admin and Account Assistant. The role involves managing daily administrative and accounting tasks such as handling petty cash, maintaining credit control, assisting in financial records, and supporting basic accounting needs. The Admin and Account Assistant will also contribute to correspondence, coordinate with clients and partners, and assist in reporting and office support duties to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Control, Petty Cash management, and basic Finance-related tasks
- Strong Accounting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective Communication abilities to liaise with teams, clients, and partners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in an organized manner
- Familiarity with travel or tourism industry processes is an advantage
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office
