Site Location: Sarawak

Salary: From RM4,000/month based on experiance

The Contractor shall provide Level 2 (Resident Engineer (RE)) Network Operations Support Services to support Sacofa’s network operations. The service shall include the provision of dedicated on-site support coverage during agreed operational hours and shall cover, but not be limited to, the following:

1. On-Site Operational Support Services

Provide continuous on-site Resident Engineer (RE) network support services at the Sacofa office to ensure stable day-to-day network operations.

Serve as the primary operational interface for network-related issues and service requests.

Perform proactive monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting of network incidents, faults, and performance degradation.

Conduct regular network health checks, preventive maintenance, and scheduled software upgrades in accordance with agreed maintenance plans.

2. Incident and Problem Management Services

Deliver immediate response and resolution services for critical network incidents, including after-hours and night-time support when required.

Coordinate and manage escalations with the Contractor’s higher-level support teams and relevant technology partners to ensure timely resolution.

Produce incident reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

3. Knowledge Transfer and Enablement Services

Provide structured knowledge transfer services to Sacofa’s NOC shift teams.

Conduct regular training sessions, technical briefings, and hands-on workshops to enhance operational capability and incident response readiness.

Support documentation updates and operational best practices sharing as part of service delivery.

4. Service Capacity and Coverage

• The Contractor shall ensure sufficient qualified resources are assigned to the service to meet operational requirements, on-site coverage needs, and service levels, including concurrent activities and shift-based support
