Responsibilities

  • Deeply oversee and be accountable for the service experience of one or more core business lines within Ant International, formulating customer service system products and strategy optimizations based on business product services and experience process. Key business areas include Payments, Finance, etc.
  • Immerse into the workflows and processes of customer service and merchant support to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally/cross-team to facilitate the implementation of service system projects, following up on their application and iterative improvements.


Qualifications


  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in AI/machine learning product-related roles; preference given to those with algorithm application experience in the customer service domain, particularly in the deployment of large models.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability in business insight and data operations, capable of identifying customer pain points through data analysis and research, and proposing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complex business issues and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Flexible communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Open-minded with an innovative mindset: Passionate about AI and technology, eager to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field.
  • Committed to long-term development, patient, enthusiastic about learning, and resilient under pressure.
  • Experience overseeing complete, relatively complex mid-to-back-end projects; candidates with a proven track record of successful project management are preferred.
  • Prior experience in optimizing 2B and electronic payment/e-commerce mid-to-back-end products is advantageous, e.g., food delivery, hotels, logistics, financial checkout operations, etc.
  • Unique perspectives on customer experience, equipped with a product mindset, able to resolve issues through product and technological means. Candidates with prior product experience or customer service system operation experience are preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
