Job Summary:

The Operation Executive will monitor bulk uploads, maintain consistency and compliance, troubleshoot issues, and create quality control policies. The incumbent will also assist in productivity planning, measuring operational KPIs, and training the team on basic SQL queries.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor bulk upload sheets to ensure consistencies and quality standards are met.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives to delight external stakeholders.
• Daily product auditing and helping suppliers to upload the products on the website.
• Assist team to troubleshoot issues that may occur, be it with suppliers or customers.
• Maintain compliance and consistency, and take corrective action when needed.
• Create, communicate, and maintain quality control policies and standard work procedures with other departments.
• Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements.
• Measure operational KPIs and help the operations team to be more data centric.
• Help assist in training team basic SQL queries to draw data to make informed decisions.

Position Specifications:

• At least 1 year of working experience in any related field.
• Bachelor degree of marketing or any other related field
• Good communication and people skills.
