Role

Responsible for achieving property sales targets by actively promoting and selling residential/commercial properties. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting site visits, negotiating sales, and ensuring smooth completion of sales transactions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Promote and sell property projects through show units, sales galleries, and marketing events
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and product briefings to prospective buyers
• Handle sales documentation including booking forms, loan applications, and SPA coordination
• Follow up with purchasers, bankers, lawyers, and internal teams to ensure timely deal closure
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property agents
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project knowledge

Job Specification

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of property sales experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and customer-oriented
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and during property launches
• Possession of REN tag is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates are a plus.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
