Role

Responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations by coordinating sales activities, preparing and managing sales documentation, liaising with customers, sales personnel and internal departments, following up on sales progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.

Job Description

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations at the sales gallery
• Assist sales team with documentation, bookings, and customer records
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and basic administrative documents
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, and customers as required
• Ensure the sales gallery is well-organised and operationally ready
• Handle walk-in enquiries and provide basic product information
• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned

Job Specification

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or related role
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to commute or relocate to Putrajaya

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
