Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Manage system transactions for stock incoming, outgoing, and transfers.
2. Assist in preparing and coordinating documentation for import customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Support sales operations by issuing Delivery Orders (DO) and verifying Sales Orders (SO).
4. Coordinate with the sales team to process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
5. Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth daily operations.Monitor and follow up on delivery order status with logistics partners.
6. Assist in verifying transportation and warehousing invoices.
7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, including invoice submission for payment processing.
8. Support supervisors with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
