Qualifications & Requirements
Fresh graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- CGPA 2.00 and above
- Age 27 and below
- Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing slope projects and support Senior Engineers / Coordinators for assigned projects
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and authorities
- Monitor site progress and ensure quality compliance with design and specifications
- Coordinate site works with client representatives, construction coordinators, and subcontractors
Program Notes
- 9-month training program with allowance.
- 1 week Soft Skills Training
- 8 months and 3 weeks On-the-Job Training
