Clinic Executive
Salary: $3,300 - $3,900
Working days: 5.5 days , off on Sunday
Working hours: Monday to Friday , 830am to 6pm
Saturday , 830am to 2pm

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Front Desk

• Provide day-to-day clinic operations support and deliver a warm, professional experience to all patients.

• Register patients, update records, obtain referrals, and ensure accurate insurance panel information.

• Call / WhatsApp patients for appointment reminders, pre-procedure instructions, and follow-up care.

• Dispense medications accurately and explain usage and dosage clearly to patients.

Surgery & Procedure Coordination

• Assist doctors in preparing medical equipment.

• Arrange and coordinate surgery dates, pre-admission tests, ward bookings, and operating theatre schedules.

• Guide patients through financial counselling according to MOH guidelines and insurance panel coverage.

• Assist patients with insurance matters such as Letter of Guarantee (LOG), medical reports, and claim forms.

Medical Administration & Support

• Prepare diagnostic memos, medical reports, and documentation.

• Obtain specialist reports, case notes and background information for multidisciplinary care.

Clinical Support & Stock Management

• Monitor and maintain medication and consumable stock levels, check expiries, and coordinate bulk purchases.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment for patients.

Vendor & Hospital Coordination

• Liaise with hospitals (A&E / wards) for admissions and urgent cases.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for surgical instruments, implants, or consumables when required.

Patient Experience

• Provide caring and empathetic communication to patients during stressful events such as pain, or urgent walk-ins.

• Ensure patient privacy, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain excellent follow-through and service recovery when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a specialist clinic or hospital setting is a strong advantage.

• Good communication skills, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a clinic environment.

• Knowledge of insurance panels is beneficial.

• Familiar with appointment systems, medication dispensing, and basic clinical procedures.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and strong willingness to learn.
