Marketing & Client Services Assistant (Client Support & Admin)

We’re looking for a proactive and positive individual to join our dynamic team! If you enjoy supporting business operations, organizing workflows, and being part of marketing initiatives, this role offers a great opportunity to grow and contribute in a collaborative environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide essential business support to Marketing and Client Services Managers
  • Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination
  • Assist with preparation and submission of commercial and government (GOV) tenders
  • Work closely with team members across departments to support marketing activities
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Track and update marketing reports to support decision-making
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Help improve internal processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency
  • Take on a variety of meaningful tasks that keep each day engaging and rewarding

What We’re Looking For:

  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only (NO quota available for foreign workers)
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
  • Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong teamplayer
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
