Job Description

Responsibilities

*Manage client's expectation and relationship

*Overseeing project activities, ensuring smooth project execution and progress of every project.

*To ensure cost management of project

*Managing manpower and assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.

*To co-ordinate and liaise with relevant parties (clients, architect, consultant, suppliers etc etc...) and respond to all emails

*Attend co-ordination and progress meeting on-site

*Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

*Resource Management
