About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and independent Logistics Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth logistics operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer support: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates to clients regarding shipments and deliveries.
Logistics coordination: Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Documentation management: Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and records to ensure compliance.
Problem-solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or service disruptions.
Continuous learning: Stay updated on logistics processes, industry practices, and customer service standards.
Requirements
No experience are welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Willingness to work in-office, 5 days per week.
