Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Operate POS system and handle cashiering duties accurately
• Replenish stocks, manage merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Support stock-taking, inventory control, and goods receiving
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and store KPIs

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays ️
• Positive attitude and a strong team player
