• Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee MRT and large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring targets for safety, quality, schedule, and cost are achieved.
• Assist in tender submissions by developing construction methodology, project schedules, resource planning, and risk evaluations.
• Organise, coordinate, and supervise project activities covering engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project finances, including budgeting, cost management, cash flow forecasting, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Lead project teams while coordinating consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to minimise technical, operational and commercial issues.
• Oversee contract administration, variation orders, claims management, and project reporting in partnership with commercial and contract departments.
• Facilitate project discussions and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, government agencies, and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to contract specifications, regulatory requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance, quality standards, productivity, and overall project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in MRT, underground works, deep excavation, geotechnical engineering, or major infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in leading civil engineering and construction teams on projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Solid exposure with Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project planning and controls, cost administration, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
