- Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee MRT and large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring targets for safety, quality, schedule, and cost are achieved.
- Assist in tender submissions by developing construction methodology, project schedules, resource planning, and risk evaluations.
- Organise, coordinate, and supervise project activities covering engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project finances, including budgeting, cost management, cash flow forecasting, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
- Lead project teams while coordinating consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to minimise technical, operational and commercial issues.
- Oversee contract administration, variation orders, claims management, and project reporting in partnership with commercial and contract departments.
- Facilitate project discussions and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, government agencies, and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications, regulatory requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance, quality standards, productivity, and overall project outcomes.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in MRT, underground works, deep excavation, geotechnical engineering, or major infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in leading civil engineering and construction teams on projects of comparable size and complexity.
- Solid exposure with Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project planning and controls, cost administration, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
