Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Governance
  • Support end-to-end project management activities for related initiatives and enhancements
  • Maintain and track risk and issue logs, dependencies, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports for stakeholder and management updates
  • Support audit, governance, and compliance processes relating to project execution


  • Procurement & Financial Management
  • Perform billing verification and invoice tracking in collaboration with Procurement and Finance teams
  • Work closely with Procurement teams on project funding matters, budget tracking, procurement submissions, and clarifications
  • Respond to procurement-related queries and coordinate supporting documents required for approvals
  • Manage procurement processes for project-related services, software subscriptions, licences, equipment, or operational requirements
  • Support contract administration activities, including contract renewals, variation requests, vendor onboarding, and documentation management


  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to support project implementation
  • Track vendor deliverables and ensure contractual obligations and timelines are met
  • Facilitate communication between business, operations, and technical teams to resolve project issues and dependencies


  • Operational & Analytics
  • Support administrative and operational tasks required to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations
  • Maintain proper project records, documentation repositories, procurement records, and reporting trackers
  • Support the communications team in resolving support requests and ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Analyse data and support trends to identify actionable insights that inform prioritisation and operational decisions


Qualifications

  • Technical Skills & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations support roles
  • Experience handling procurement processes, contract administration, vendor management, or project financial tracking
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery practices, such as Agile
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools
  • Experience preparing project reports, trackers, meeting documentation, and governance materials


  • Domain-Specific Knowledge
  • Experience supporting government, education, or large-scale digital platform projects is advantageous
  • Familiarity with procurement governance and compliance processes within public sector environments is preferred
  • Understanding of digital product delivery, operational workflows, and stakeholder coordination processes
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional product or technology teams will be an advantage
