* Handle general inquiries and provide assistance to candidates during interview processes.
* Manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely routing to the appropriate individuals or departments.
* Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment to selected candidates in a timely manner.
* Support the HR department in onboarding new employees, including coordination of joining formalities and documentation.
* Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer.
