Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT support (hardware, software, network)
Maintain Windows OS and Windows Server environments
Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, basic TCP/IP)
Support desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams)
Provide meeting room and AV support
Manage user accounts and IT equipment
About You:
At least 2 years of IT support experience
Familiar with Windows / Windows Server
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Duration: 12 months
