Job Summary
Lead and optimize operational management systems to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer service quality. Manage budgets, forecasts, and staff while ensuring legal compliance and achieving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maximize operational efficiency by conducting cost-effective and appropriate processes
- Develop and implement improved operational management systems, processes, and best practices to drive business performance
- Monitor and update processes to maintain organizational legal compliance
- Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives aligned with business goals
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for profitability improvement
- Manage budgets and forecasts to support accurate financial planning and control
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs to ensure adherence to product and service standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a competent and motivated team
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance customer service quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting financials
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills applied to team and stakeholder engagement
- Leadership ability demonstrated through managing teams and driving results
- Outstanding organizational skills to coordinate multiple operational activities
- Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or related field
