Job Summary

Employ intervention strategies to improve and enhance students' communication, cognition, sensory-motor, and social skills through assessments, lesson planning, and collaboration with therapists, teachers, and families to achieve personalized development goals.

Responsibilities

• Employ intervention strategies to enhance students' communication, cognition, sensory-motor, and social skills development
• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate each student’s needs and progress
• Collect and analyze student data and records to inform planning and preparation
• Design and prepare lesson plans tailored to students’ individual needs
• Customize teaching aids, craft materials, and worksheets to support learning objectives
• Conduct lessons and activities as directed by supervisors, ensuring engagement and learning outcomes
• Prepare and present Individualized Education Program (IEP) reports and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with therapists, teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ learning and development
• Conduct sensory integration exercises to improve students’ sensory processing abilities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during lessons and activities
• Disinfect, clean, and pack classrooms, resources, and gym facilities after each use
